During
your first session with Michael, you will be given a complete Health
and Fitness Evaluation. This includes going over your medical history
in its entirety, body composition analysis, postural analysis, and
heart rate monitoring.
Once your fitness level is determined,
and your starting point established, then you and Michael will discuss
your goals. Michael will then design your customized Personal Training
Program.
As
you progress through your customized Personal Training Program,
you will receive periodic updates on your progress, keeping you
oriented on your established goals.
