Get in shape and train hard for your Go South Adventures Ultimate Inca Trail adventure with Hildebrand Fitness. Work with Michael Hildebrand, of Hildebrand Fitness, a professional Personal Trainer and long time outdoor enthusiast and guide in the Seattle area, to get in peak condition for your upcoming adventure.

Michael will take you through a strength and conditioning program for the 4 months prior to departure, specifically designed to prepare you for the rigors of climbing the legendary Inca Trail. As well as 3 fully guided overnight weekend backpacking trips into the wonders of our own Cascades. All the training indoors and out leads up to the departure date for your adventure to Peru and the wonders of Machu Picchu, and the Salkatanay Mountains.

For those who want to immerse themselves in Andean culture, Inca history and breath taking vistas, the Ultimate Inca Trail adventure is it. Combining two of Peru's most interesting and varied treks: Salkantay and the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Starting with Salkantay, a 4-day wilderness trek in the Vilcabamba Valley that crosses over the high pampas, then links up for the final 3-days of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Highlights of this trek include the impressive views you will have of sacred Mount Salkantay (20,575 ft.) and surrounding peaks, along with fascinating Inca ruins dotted along the Inca Trail, that culminates at the mysterious ruins of Machu Picchu. This is an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind Inca Trail adventure.
